Hey everyone!
Today's post is going to be a bit different from my other posts.... It's all going to be about food :)
Normally I try to eat healthy, of course that does not always work out but today I will show you an entire meal plan for one day.

For breakfast I usually have a green smoothie but sometimes I like to have
 to vary a bit.
To prepare this you have to let one tablespoon of chia seeds soak in a little bit of water until you have chia pudding, then you place the chia pudding, 3 tablespoons of greek yoghurt, cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of flax seeds into a bowl and mix it.
Then all you have to do is to choose any fruit you like which will be the topping for your yoghurt.

I normally have lunch at school so I buy myself a salad, I don't have a picture of my "daily salad" but when I'm at home for lunch I like to have salmon or vegetables.
This thai chicken mango salad is from chacha.

These banana chips might not look as healthy as the rest but they actually are! Of course you shouldn't eat them everyday but they are a great replacement for regular chips.
I bought these in Bogota and I absolutely LOVE them.

Some days I am VERY hungry in the evening and then I do have something like this recipe, but when I'm not that hungry I eat an avocado or a banana smoothie with almond milk and cinnamon.
I'm really proud of this meal because in my opinion it looks very professional and healthy.
First you have to preheat your oven and set it on 180 degrees.
Then slice the sweet potato into thin slices and then you sprinkle a bit olive oil, salt pepper and free rosemary on it. Now you put the fries into the oven and leave them there for about 20 min.
While the fries are inside the oven you prepare the Quinoa, all you have to do is to put 1 cup of quinoa into 2 cups of boiling water and let it cook for about 10-15 min.
Now all you have to do is to serve the meal.
You can add broccoli or any other vegetable to this if you like.

I hope you enjoyed this post and had fun trying the recipes out :)
